18 years ago, a prophecy emerged that a boy with a black ring, deemed inferior, would rewrite the survival rules of the world of the gifted. The only remaining descendant of the “Divine-Tier” status, Shannon, wears a black ring and lives as an inferior being in the filthy exile zone.
