A dragon once existed, in the distant past but is now known as a myth... 14 years ago, Inoue Hikari, the emperor of the Hikari clan and a member of the 10 Emperors, declared war on the other 9 clans holding the world in balance. After the bloodshed, he emerged victorious, and since then has ruled over the world as the supreme emperor. Himura Daichi is an orphan boy who is determined to put an end to the colonial rule of the Hikari clan, and get revenge for the pain and suffering caused by their emperor.
